Service Agreements and Payment Terms

  • A Service Agreement will outline the specifics of each project, including deliverables, milestones, timelines, and fees.
  • Payments are due as specified in the Service Agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees and could result in service suspension until payment is received.
  • All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in the Service Agreement.

Client Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide necessary information, access, and support for us to complete the Services.
  • You are responsible for ensuring all content, data, and other materials you provide are legal, non-infringing, and virus-free.

Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of services.
  • Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.

Intellectual Property Rights

  • All intellectual property created during the Services will be owned by the Company until full payment has been received.
  • Upon final payment, the intellectual property rights will be transferred as agreed in the Service Agreement, with any exceptions noted therein.
