Educational Qualification

  • Minimum of 1-year experience in Business Development/Inside Sales/Sales or any customer-facing roles.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in a related industry or sector.
  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales process.
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
  • Keep prospective client database updated.
  • Make cold calls & emails for new business leads.
  • Support in writing new business proposals.
  • Preparing and placing bids for the projects on different portals.
  • Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company.
  • Arrange meetings for pre-sales teams with prospective clients.
  • Follow company guidelines and procedures for the acquisition of customers.

Key Skills Required

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong prospecting skills and ability to develop business in new and existing accounts.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build client relationships, understand their needs, and present solutions.
  • Ability to understand client business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities, assess risks, and make informed business decisions.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
